1. Delivery Options and Timeframes

We offer two distinct shipping services tailored to your convenience. Please note that transit times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

  • Standard Shipping (Frete Grátis)

    • Delivery Window: 5 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays).

    • Cost: Complimentary on all orders.

  • Express Shipping (Frete Express)

    • Delivery Window: 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays).

    • Cost: Calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout.

2. Statutory Delivery Deadline

In strict compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, unless we have mutually agreed on a specific alternative date, we are legally required to deliver your goods within a maximum period of 30 days from the day your contract is formed (when you receive your Dispatch Confirmation).

  • In the highly unlikely event that your delivery exceeds this 30-day statutory limit, you have the absolute legal right to cancel your order and receive a full, immediate refund.

3. Transfer of Risk, Loss, and Damage

We understand that security is paramount when purchasing premium menswear. Therefore, in full accordance with UK law:

  • Our Responsibility: Gholtoiur retains the entire risk of loss, theft, or damage to the goods while they are in transit. The risk remains entirely with our store until the package has been physically delivered to you, or to a person identified by you to accept the package on your behalf.

  • Your Responsibility: The physical risk transfers to you only upon the successful delivery of the parcel to your designated shipping address.

4. Order Tracking and Dispatch

  • All orders are meticulously prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from our fulfilment centre.

  • Once your parcel is handed over to our premium courier partner, a tracking link will be automatically generated and sent to help@gholtoiur.store (or the email address provided at checkout) so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
