At Gholtoiur, we offer an uncompromised standard of service. If a purchase does not meet your expectations, we accept returns and cancellations in strict compliance with the United Kingdom Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
1. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with UK law, you have a statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within a 14-day cooling-off period.

This statutory cancellation window expires exactly 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

2. Terms and Conditions of Return
Following your notice of cancellation, you must return the items to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of your cancellation.

Condition of Goods: To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all luxury tags and original packaging intact.

Diminution of Value: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (similar to what would be permitted in a physical boutique). We reserve the right to deduct a sum from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by unnecessary handling.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We highly recommend using a tracked courier service, as the goods remain your responsibility until they are safely received at our facility.
3. Refund Timeline
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs.

Full Refund: We will refund the baseline delivery cost (the cheapest standard delivery option we offer). Premium or express shipping surcharges chosen by the client are non-refundable.

The day you provide verifiable proof that you have sent the goods back to our return address (whichever is earlier).

Payment Method: Reimbursements will be made using the same method of payment utilized for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods (Short-Term Right to Reject)
We take meticulous care in the design and curation of our casual minimalist collections. However, if you receive an item that is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, your rights are fully protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

Short-Term Right to Reject (Within 30 Days): If your goods arrive damaged or develop a manufacturer fault within 30 days of delivery, you are legally entitled to a full refund, or a repair/replacement if you prefer.

Between 30 Days and 6 Months: If a fault develops after the initial 30 days, you must give us the opportunity to repair or replace the item free of charge. If the repair or replacement is unsuccessful or impossible, you are then entitled to a full or partial refund.
